OARManager home Terms of service

Clear expectations for using OARManager.

The rules and responsibilities that apply when you create an OARManager account or use its website, iPhone app, or Android app.

Effective and last updated July 25, 2026 support@oarmanager.com

These terms cover the OARManager service. They do not replace the separate terms of Apple, Google, Intuit, or another provider you choose to connect.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using the OARManager website, web app, iPhone app, Android app, APIs, or support services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions can be sent to support@oarmanager.com.

If you use OARManager for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. Your use of an OARManager mobile app is also subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Use of the iPhone app is additionally subject to Apple’s standard licensed-application terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age or parental permission, that rule applies.
  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Do not impersonate someone else or create an account for abusive or unlawful use.
  • Keep passwords, passkeys, devices, API or voice-capture tokens, and recovery links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
  • Use one person’s account only for that person. Use workspace roles and invitations for collaboration instead of sharing credentials.

3. The Service and your license

OARManager grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes while these terms apply. OARManager and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, designs, and documentation except for your content.

Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, bypass access controls, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but it will not be treated as confidential unless agreed separately.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give OARManager a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to follow your instructions.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including photos, receipts, journal material, calendar entries, and information about other people. Do not upload unlawful content or highly sensitive information that the feature is not designed to protect.

Available exports are provided for convenience and may not contain every configuration, integration record, shared-workspace contribution, or system log. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

5. Shared workspaces

Workspace owners and administrators control membership and roles. Content added to a shared workspace can be accessed, changed, exported, or deleted by other members according to their permissions. You are responsible for choosing appropriate members and roles.

An owner cannot delete an account while a workspace they own still has another active member. Ownership must first be transferred to an eligible active member. A workspace with no other active member does not create this block. Contributions to a workspace owned by somebody else may remain with that workspace after your account is deleted, without an active association to your deleted account.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive anyone.
  • Do not upload malware; probe or defeat security; access another account or workspace without permission; scrape at unreasonable volume; or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use reminders, invitations, notifications, integrations, or APIs to send spam or unauthorized messages.
  • Do not submit content that exposes passwords, secret keys, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or regulated medical records unless a feature expressly supports and protects that data.
  • Do not use automated output as the sole basis for a decision that could materially affect another person’s rights, safety, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or access to essential services.

7. Connected services and automated features

Optional connections such as Google Calendar or QuickBooks are also governed by the provider’s terms and privacy practices. You authorize OARManager to exchange the data needed to perform the actions you request. You can disconnect a connection, but records already created at the provider may remain there.

Receipt extraction, natural-language parsing, suggestions, summaries, and similar automated features can be incomplete or wrong. Review dates, amounts, categories, reminders, health-like logs, and accounting exports before relying on or sending them. You remain responsible for final decisions and filings.

8. Not medical, emergency, legal, or financial advice

OARManager is a planning and reflection tool, not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser. Sleep, food, symptom, movement, meditation, trend, receipt, and accounting features are for organization only. Seek a qualified professional for advice and use emergency services when appropriate.

9. Changes, availability, and third-party services

We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect security, reliability, and other users. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, network conditions, or a third-party provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every notification, sync, or integration action will arrive on time.

If paid features are introduced, price and renewal information will be presented before you are charged. Mobile app purchases, if any, are also subject to the applicable app store’s billing and refund rules.

10. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may limit or suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or harm to the Service or others. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

After termination, your license ends. Sections that reasonably should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for earlier conduct—continue to apply. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OARManager will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data; or harm caused by third-party services, missed reminders, or unreviewed automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The updated date will appear above, and material changes may be announced in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@oarmanager.com with questions or concerns.

These terms are the entire agreement about the Service except for any additional terms presented for a specific feature. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
