Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep and resolve shared-workspace ownership before you begin.
Delete from the Android app
- Open OARManager and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Choose More, choose Settings, then choose “Delete account” in the Danger zone.
- Enter the current account password, acknowledge that deletion is irreversible, choose Continue, and confirm “Delete permanently.”
- When the request succeeds, the app signs out and removes the account credentials and local account data from that device.
Delete from the iPhone app
- Open OARManager and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, choose “Delete account,” and review the deletion explanation.
- Enter the account password and confirm permanent deletion when prompted.
- When the request succeeds, the app signs out and removes the account credentials and local account data from that device.
Delete from the website
- Sign in, open the account menu, and choose Settings.
- In the Danger zone, choose “Delete account.”
- Enter the exact account email and current password, then confirm deletion.
- When deletion succeeds, the website signs out and returns to the account-deleted confirmation page.
What deletion does
- Revokes active sessions, credentials, passkeys, and capture tokens associated with the account.
- Deletes the account and data tied exclusively to it from active application databases, including personal tasks, planner records, journals and photos, symptoms, sessions, settings, and personal workspace content.
- Schedules private receipt files owned by a workspace being deleted for removal from object storage.
- Removes or redacts the deleted person’s identifiers from retained security, audit, and webhook records where those records must remain.
- Leaves contributions in another owner’s workspace available to that workspace when needed for collaborators, without an active link to the deleted account.
What may remain for a limited time
Encrypted backups, provider logs, security and anti-fraud records, redacted audit or webhook records, transactional email delivery records, and records required for legal claims may remain for a limited period. They are not kept for continued ordinary use of the deleted account.
Data already sent to Google, Intuit, Apple, a calendar subscriber, or another connected provider is controlled by that provider. Delete provider-side copies in that service. Diagnostic events already sent to Sentry, if diagnostics were enabled, follow the configured Sentry retention period.
Other signed-in or offline devices can hold temporary local caches. Sign out and uninstall OARManager or clear its site/app data on devices you no longer use.
If you cannot sign in
First try password recovery. If that is not possible, email support@oarmanager.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the account email when you can. Include the account email and enough non-secret context to locate the account. Do not send a password, passkey, reset link, or token.
We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account. This protects accounts from fraudulent deletion requests. After verification and resolution of any shared-workspace ownership, support can process the request or explain the remaining step.

Do not include a password, passkey, reset link, or access token in your message.
