Make a plan that can bend.
Bring the schedule, top priorities, to-do tray, sleep, food, gratitude, and notes into one rearrangeable daily view.
OARManager is a personal day planner. Your schedule, tasks, energy, and journal sit in one calm place—so the next useful thing is easier to see. Free, in your browser, and yours to export.
Sun through the kitchen window.
OARManager connects what you need to do with the time, energy, and context you need to do it well.
Bring the schedule, top priorities, to-do tray, sleep, food, gratitude, and notes into one rearrangeable daily view.
Natural language turns a loose thought into a useful task—with dates, tags, priority, repetition, and reminders intact.
Workout, meditate, breathe, or simply set a timer. Sessions log themselves without turning rest into homework.
Save notes, gratitude, photos, symptoms, and an honest weather report for the day.
See sleep, tasks, sessions, reviews, ratings, and symptoms together—useful context, never a score.
OARManager is designed around the way a day changes—not around keeping a pristine task database.
Log last night’s sleep, choose today’s priorities, and give important work a real place in the schedule.
Write the thought the way it arrived. Dates, tags, priority, recurrence, and reminder hints are pulled out for you.
Start a short walk, workout, breathing guide, or meditation. The session keeps its own time and lands on the day.
Move unfinished work with intention, save a highlight or gratitude, rate the day, and add a journal note if there is more to say.
The useful power is there, but it stays behind the day you’re trying to live.
Smart lists, categories, tags, saved views, templates, manual ordering, and bulk actions.
Browser notifications, snooze, reminder history, recurring schedules, and calendar feeds.
An installable web app with an offline task queue, mobile-friendly capture, and shortcuts.
Passkeys, device sessions, account activity, task backups, journal exports, and familiar import formats.
Short answers, no small print.
Yes. There’s no card and no trial clock. If paid extras ever arrive, you’ll see the price before anything is charged.
No. It runs in your browser. If you’d like it on your home screen, install it as an app—task changes keep queuing through a bad connection and sync when you’re back.
Anytime. Tasks export as JSON, CSV, or a calendar file (ICS); your journal as Markdown, HTML, or a complete backup. Deleting your account is one step in Settings.
Your journal is yours. OARManager doesn’t sell personal information, run ads, or use your activity for cross-company tracking. You can lock the journal behind a PIN, and passkeys are supported if you’d rather not type a password.
No streaks, no scores. Reminders arrive when you asked for them, snooze quietly, and Ollie can be muted.
It’s built around one person’s day. Shared workspaces exist when a household or small team needs one, but the centre of gravity is you.
Ollie the Oar may drift by with a kind word. You can mute the mascots whenever you want. The system works just as well without applause.
Start with one honest list. OARManager will help you give it shape.
